Oleksandr Zinchenko has lost a court case against HMRC over unpaid taxes related to his company, Alex Zinchenko Image Rights.
The company, which handled part of his football income, had unpaid corporation tax bills of £893,133 in 2023 and £834,164 in 2022.
Although the exact amount owed was not revealed in court, representatives confirmed a settlement had been reached, with final approval expected in March.
Zinchenko, who earns £150,000 per week at Arsenal, was previously the sole shareholder before transferring ownership to a Ukrainian FA official in November.
HMRC had initially sought to dissolve the company in September, but the issue was settled during a brief court hearing this week.
